CODE RED for Orangutans - help raise awareness and wear RED on Sunday 19 August
Posted on
International Animal Rescue are asking everyone to wear RED on Sunday 19 August, International Orangutan Day. They are also asking supporters to take action by wearing something red and donating £3/$4. The Bornean Orangutan is cricitally endangered so they have an extremely high risk of becoming extinct in the wild. And if nothing changes, one third of the orangutan population will be gone by 2020. Please wear red on International Orangutan Day. Tell people why you're doing it and spread the message of the code red, critical situation orangutans are in.
Use the hashtags #codered #InternationalOrangutanDay on social media to help. And don't forget to watch Channel 4's Orangutan Jungle School starting on Wednesday 15 August 2018 at 8pm... find out more here |
